A luxury coach will always accompany the train to transfer it from the station to the towns that are visited, restaurants where dinners or lunches will be held, among others. Laundry and medical care are also available, as well as personalised service to any special request requested by travelers

The Costa Verde Express offers 23 Grand Class rooms, accommodating 46 guests in luxurious cabins with elegant decor, wood paneling, and double beds. Each cabin features a minibar, safe, wardrobe, desk, telephone, private bathroom with hydromassage shower/steam sauna, hairdryer, and toiletries. Adjustable air conditioning, lighting, and music enhance comfort, and large windows provide scenic views. The train stops overnight for restful sleep. The lounge cars include a restaurant, leisure lounge, and bar car, each designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Dining options include à la carte meals with Northern Spanish and international cuisine influences, buffet breakfasts, and continuous bar service. Evening activities feature live music, cultural events, and parties. Comfortable attire is recommended for daytime excursions, with more formal wear suggested at night.
